Who is responsible
RREVERSE STUDIOS - S.A.S., a company registered in the Republic of Ecuador, operates this website and is responsible for the personal data it receives through the contact form. Contact: contact@rreverse.com.
What we collect and why
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, inquiry topic and message. You may optionally provide a budget or investment range, desired timeline and preference for an introductory call. We use these details to respond to your request, discuss business opportunities and manage related correspondence. We do not use an inquiry as permission to subscribe you to marketing.
Our hosting and email providers also process technical information needed to run and secure the service, such as IP addresses, request metadata, email delivery events and error information. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and security signals to help prevent automated abuse. Short-lived, hashed identifiers are used by the application's local anti-abuse limits; they are not an anonymous analytics system.
Please provide only what is relevant to your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment card information, identity documents, children's personal information or other sensitive data through this form.
How processing is justified
Depending on the request, processing is necessary to take steps toward a potential business relationship at your request, manage an existing relationship, comply with legal obligations, or protect the website against abuse under an applicable legitimate interest. If a separate purpose requires consent, we will request it separately. The relevant protections under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and other applicable laws continue to apply.
Service providers and international processing
We use Cloudflare to host and secure the site and Resend to deliver contact-form messages to our business email. Our email service also processes the resulting correspondence. These providers may process information outside Ecuador; processing remains subject to applicable data-protection requirements and the relevant provider agreements. We do not sell contact-form submissions.
Retention and security
We retain correspondence for the time needed to answer the inquiry, handle an ongoing business discussion and meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether the inquiry leads to a business relationship, a dispute or a record that must legally be retained. We review information that is no longer needed for deletion or anonymization. Removing information from active systems may not immediately remove copies subject to provider backup or legal retention periods.
The form uses HTTPS, server-side validation and access-controlled email services. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and deletion requests
To request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or information about processing, email contact@rreverse.com. Tell us which inquiry or email address your request concerns. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request is yours; do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and provide an appropriate channel.
We assess requests under the applicable law, including legal retention requirements and the rights of others. You may also raise a concern with Ecuador's Superintendence of Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
Children
This website's contact form is intended for business inquiries, not to collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
